Where is the System installed?
The System can be installed inside the garage or outside of the house depending on the location of the waterline, and every home is different. If the System is installed outside, we cover it with an insulated box cover to protect it from weather.
How big is the System?
The System itself is about 4 and 1/2 ft tall and about 8 inches in diameter.
Do we need to do anything to keep the System clean?
The System regenerates every few weeks when needed to clean itself; all you have to do is keep up with the salt in the brink tank.
Does it require any maintenance?
DewPoint's stainless steel system has a lifetime warranty; however, we recommend regular service to maintain the best quality water. Just like when you buy a car with a full warranty, it requires standard maintenance services like oil change and tune-up to keep the engine smooth.
